You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter this agreement.

3. Event Participation
Events are educational/spiritual‑wellness experiences. We may record sessions to share replays with registrants. You may keep your camera off. By attending, you agree to be respectful and not disrupt the event.

4. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non‑refundable. Donations are processed by PayPal under their terms. We do not charge you for attendance.

5. Accounts & Email
You agree to provide accurate information and consent to receive event emails (confirmation, reminders, replay). You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content, session materials, and recordings are owned by us or our facilitators. Personal use only. Do not copy, redistribute, or create derivatives without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site (e.g., spamming, scraping, introducing malware). Do not harass other participants. We may remove any person who violates these rules.

8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See our Healing Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to €50 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts of Funchal, Madeira shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
