What is this work?
This is an integrative nervous system healing experience. Eight practitioners come together to create what we call a "spiral field"—a multidimensional space where your body can finally remember safety.
We blend energy healing modalities including crystalline light therapy, Quantum alignment, Reiki, somatic awareness practices, and guided meditation. Each facilitator channels their unique training and gifts to support your nervous system's natural capacity to recalibrate.
Your only job? Receive.
Think of it like stepping into a gentle container of loving presence while your nervous system softens, releases, and returns home to itself.
No experience necessary. Just bring your open heart.
